Last night we finally got to go see the Brian Jungen show at the Contemporary.

Some truly inspiring pieces - whales made of chairs, the baseball bats with slogans carved in reversed to leave an imprint, the carved beer cooler, the lava rocks, prison trays & the great escape, and his well known multiple uses of air jordan’s.

Go if you can - Wednesday night’s it’s free (donations accepted) and well worth an hour of your life. Don’t forget to peak in on the grand room with the 9 new artists/peices - right behind the Jungen exhibit - A Nam June Paik and some other works that we liked a lot.
