We finally got Mike set-up with a flickr account. It got used yesterday to post up photos of US citizen’s voting and bringing a broom to the polls with them. “Sweep the bums out of office!!”. Mike promised to put everyone who sent in a photo up on the site.
They must be very happy this AM. Congrats on their hard work on getting people to vote and getting the word out in any way they could. I still remember the feeling of the ’04 election and the sense of bitterness/despair it brought – especially ’cause we all worked so hard for months up ’til that night. Let’s all hope this brings a bit of change.
