Spent the weekend packing boards (bringing my egg and fish), practicing my super basic spanish, shopping at MEC for a waterproof wallet (for $ and car keys while surfing), camera case and pouring over road maps of Costa Rica.
Looks like I’ll be going the 4x4 rental route, although I’m trying to keep plans to a minimum till I hear back from other friends who are there right now.
Getting excited now.

Yea.. we’ll see what the timeline is for people who are currently there coming north … should be fun though !!
