Vans — loved them what I was young. Gave up on them while skating as the uppers didn’t last. Back to them cause I love them.

Brigitte turns 1
1st Birthday party in the park
Brigitte’s 1st Birthday party in the park.
My beautiful little girl turns 1 today — hard to sum up the 1st year but it’s been incredible. Her personality is shining through and she’s so much fun. This morning I went to give her a piece of banana and she actually said “nommmm” as she chopped it. Hysterical.

Grain, colour, light, salt water and reef — just beautiful.
Go see them all and leave him a nice comment …

Muy caliente
Montréal is very very hot right now — and it doesn’t look like it’s letting up all week !!
Time to toss the AC on finally.

On the hottest morning of the year — I decided to test my max cadence (that i can sustain so far) coming down Berri with no traffic around me.
Got to work sweaty.
Range Rover design
The man who designed the original Range Rover has passed away and the NYT’s has an article about him.
I’ve always loved this design — there’s something about the glass size, body shape, panel fit, and ‘utility with finish’ that’s attractive to my country upbringing and my design sense. Too bad it’s now synonymous with gas waste and excess $ (maybe it always was to some degree).
