I’m in the process of figuring out what kind of fish I’m ordering from Johan for next summer. My last years one has rails that are too sharp for a kook like me to start off with… so we’re gonna try something more like Jes’s but a bit longer. Johan’s a dedicated member of this surfboards shapers bulletin board (probably the largest in the world).. and he finds some fun stuff on there..

Good fish riding at J-bay. Slater is good, but if you watch Dan Malloy’ section, he just rips it on his fish.
We’ll keep talking about the board, not even sure if the extra couple of inches are necessary, but I’ll see what I can come up with. :-)
