Grilled goodness

While I was traveling, this became the breakfast of choice at 5:30 AM before going out for the morning surf session.

The Grilled PB+CHOCO+BANANA Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • Peanut butter (Crunchy)
  • Whole wheat sliced bread
  • Nutella
  • Fresh Costa Rican Banana
  • (some butter)

Prep:
Slap it all together and put it in a frying pan with just a bit of butter. Fry both sides ‘ala grilled-cheese and then chow down. Chase with coffee, OJ smoothie or some liquid as this clogs up your pipes! Mm mmm. Good for a couple hours of energy.

    Change crunchy to smooth and whole wheat to white bread, and you’ve got a winner!!!
